بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمـٰنِ الرَّحيمِ أَلَم تَرَ كَيفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصحابِ الفيلِ

Didn’t you see how your Lord dealt with the People of the Elephant?

أَلَم يَجعَل كَيدَهُم في تَضليلٍ

Didn’t He make their plot in confusion?

وَأَرسَلَ عَلَيهِم طَيرًا أَبابيلَ

He sent flocks of birds against them.

فَجَعَلَهُم كَعَصفٍ مَأكولٍ

And He made them like eaten-up stubble.
