اللَّهُ يَعلَمُ ما تَحمِلُ كُلُّ أُنثىٰ وَما تَغيضُ الأَرحامُ وَما تَزدادُ ۖ وَكُلُّ شَيءٍ عِندَهُ بِمِقدارٍ

God knows what every female carries, and what the wombs diminish or increase. Everything with Him is of due proportion.
