وَاستَعينوا بِالصَّبرِ وَالصَّلاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّها لَكَبيرَةٌ إِلّا عَلَى الخاشِعينَ

And seek help through patience and prayer. But it’s difficult, except for the humble.
