أَم لَهُم شُرَكاءُ شَرَعوا لَهُم مِنَ الدّينِ ما لَم يَأذَن بِهِ اللَّهُ ۚ وَلَولا كَلِمَةُ الفَصلِ لَقُضِيَ بَينَهُم ۗ وَإِنَّ الظّالِمينَ لَهُم عَذابٌ أَليمٌ

Or do they have associates who have legislated for them a religion not authorized by God? If not for a conclusive word, judgment would’ve been passed between them. The wrongdoers will face a grievous punishment.
