وَالَّذينَ آمَنوا مِن بَعدُ وَهاجَروا وَجاهَدوا مَعَكُم فَأُولـٰئِكَ مِنكُم ۚ وَأُولُو الأَرحامِ بَعضُهُم أَولىٰ بِبَعضٍ في كِتابِ اللَّهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَليمٌ

As for those who have believed later, emigrated, and struggled alongside you, they are of you. However, according to the book of God, blood relations have precedence. God has knowledge of all things.
