وَالأَرضَ مَدَدناها وَأَلقَينا فيها رَواسِيَ وَأَنبَتنا فيها مِن كُلِّ شَيءٍ مَوزونٍ

And We spread the earth, and placed stabilizers upon it, and fostered balanced growth within it.
