وَقَضَينا إِلَيهِ ذٰلِكَ الأَمرَ أَنَّ دابِرَ هـٰؤُلاءِ مَقطوعٌ مُصبِحينَ

We informed him of this mandate: “The last remnants of these people will be cut off by morning.”
