إِنَّ الَّذينَ كَفَروا سَواءٌ عَلَيهِم أَأَنذَرتَهُم أَم لَم تُنذِرهُم لا يُؤمِنونَ

As for those who disbelieve, whether you warn them or not, it’s the same for them; they will not believe.
