ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الحَقُّ وَأَنَّهُ يُحيِي المَوتىٰ وَأَنَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ قَديرٌ

This is because God is the Ultimate Truth, revives the dead, and has power over all things.
