وَقالوا لَولا نُزِّلَ هـٰذَا القُرآنُ عَلىٰ رَجُلٍ مِنَ القَريَتَينِ عَظيمٍ

They ask, “Why wasn’t this Quran revealed to a notable man from one of the two cities?”
