ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَولَى الَّذينَ آمَنوا وَأَنَّ الكافِرينَ لا مَولىٰ لَهُم

This is because God is the Protector of those who believe, while the unbelievers have no protector.
