وَالَّذينَ يُظاهِرونَ مِن نِسائِهِم ثُمَّ يَعودونَ لِما قالوا فَتَحريرُ رَقَبَةٍ مِن قَبلِ أَن يَتَماسّا ۚ ذٰلِكُم توعَظونَ بِهِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِما تَعمَلونَ خَبيرٌ

Those who estrange their wives by equating them with their mothers, then retract their statement, must free a captive before they may touch each other. This is what you are admonished by; and God is aware of your actions.
