إِنَّما يَستَجيبُ الَّذينَ يَسمَعونَ ۘ وَالمَوتىٰ يَبعَثُهُمُ اللَّهُ ثُمَّ إِلَيهِ يُرجَعونَ

Only those who listen will respond. As for the dead, God will resurrect them. Then they will be returned to Him.
