هُوَ الَّذي خَلَقَكُم فَمِنكُم كافِرٌ وَمِنكُم مُؤمِنٌ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِما تَعمَلونَ بَصيرٌ

It is He who created you; among you are disbelievers, and among you are believers. God sees all that you do.

خَلَقَ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضَ بِالحَقِّ وَصَوَّرَكُم فَأَحسَنَ صُوَرَكُم ۖ وَإِلَيهِ المَصيرُ

He created the heavens and the earth with truth. And He designed you, and He perfected your shapes. To Him is the final return.

يَعلَمُ ما فِي السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ وَيَعلَمُ ما تُسِرّونَ وَما تُعلِنونَ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَليمٌ بِذاتِ الصُّدورِ

He knows everything in the heavens and the earth, and He knows what you conceal and declare. And God knows what’s in the hearts.

أَلَم يَأتِكُم نَبَأُ الَّذينَ كَفَروا مِن قَبلُ فَذاقوا وَبالَ أَمرِهِم وَلَهُم عَذابٌ أَليمٌ

Didn’t the stories of those who disbelieved before you reach you? They tasted the affliction of their actions; for them awaits a painful punishment.

ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُ كانَت تَأتيهِم رُسُلُهُم بِالبَيِّناتِ فَقالوا أَبَشَرٌ يَهدونَنا فَكَفَروا وَتَوَلَّوا ۚ وَاستَغنَى اللَّهُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ غَنِيٌّ حَميدٌ

This is because their messengers came to them with clear signs, but they said, “Are humans to guide us?” So, they disbelieved and turned away. Yet God is Self-Sufficient, Worthy of all praise.
