نَحنُ خَلَقناهُم وَشَدَدنا أَسرَهُم ۖ وَإِذا شِئنا بَدَّلنا أَمثالَهُم تَبديلًا

We created them and strengthened their frames, and when We will, We will replace them with others like them.
