بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمـٰنِ الرَّحيمِ وَالمُرسَلاتِ عُرفًا

By those dispatched in succession.

فَالعاصِفاتِ عَصفًا

And those that storm with turbulence.

فَالفارِقاتِ فَرقًا

And those that differentiate distinctly.

فَالمُلقِياتِ ذِكرًا

And those that deliver a reminder.

عُذرًا أَو نُذرًا

Excusing or warning.

إِنَّما توعَدونَ لَواقِعٌ

What you’re promised is to come.

فَإِذَا النُّجومُ طُمِسَت

When the stars are obliterated.
