بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمـٰنِ الرَّحيمِ إِذَا السَّماءُ انشَقَّت

When the sky fractures.

وَأَذِنَت لِرَبِّها وَحُقَّت

And obeys its Lord, as it must.

وَأَلقَت ما فيها وَتَخَلَّت

And casts out whatever in it, and empties itself.

وَأَذِنَت لِرَبِّها وَحُقَّت

And it obeys its Lord, as it should.

يا أَيُّهَا الإِنسانُ إِنَّكَ كادِحٌ إِلىٰ رَبِّكَ كَدحًا فَمُلاقيهِ

O man, you are laboring towards your Lord, and you will surely encounter Him.

فَأَمّا مَن أوتِيَ كِتابَهُ بِيَمينِهِ

As for the one who is given his record in his right hand.

فَسَوفَ يُحاسَبُ حِسابًا يَسيرًا

He will face an easy accounting.
