وَيلٌ يَومَئِذٍ لِلمُكَذِّبينَ

Woe, on that Day, to the rejecters!

انطَلِقوا إِلىٰ ما كُنتُم بِهِ تُكَذِّبونَ

Proceed to what you used to deny.

انطَلِقوا إِلىٰ ظِلٍّ ذي ثَلاثِ شُعَبٍ

Proceed to a shadow in three columns.

لا ظَليلٍ وَلا يُغني مِنَ اللَّهَبِ

It neither has shade nor can it shield from the flames.

إِنَّها تَرمي بِشَرَرٍ كَالقَصرِ

It throws up sparks as towers.

وَيلٌ يَومَئِذٍ لِلمُكَذِّبينَ

Woe, on that Day, to the falsifiers!

هـٰذا يَومُ لا يَنطِقونَ

This is the Day when they won’t speak.

وَلا يُؤذَنُ لَهُم فَيَعتَذِرونَ

And they won’t be permitted to present excuses.

وَيلٌ يَومَئِذٍ لِلمُكَذِّبينَ

Woe, on that Day, to the schemers!

هـٰذا يَومُ الفَصلِ ۖ جَمَعناكُم وَالأَوَّلينَ

This is the Day of Separation; We gathered you and the ancients.
