قَد صَدَّقتَ الرُّؤيا ۚ إِنّا كَذٰلِكَ نَجزِي المُحسِنينَ

You have fulfilled the vision.” Thus, do We reward those who do right.

إِنَّ هـٰذا لَهُوَ البَلاءُ المُبينُ

That was a significant test.

وَفَدَيناهُ بِذِبحٍ عَظيمٍ

And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice.

وَتَرَكنا عَلَيهِ فِي الآخِرينَ

And We left for him favorable mention among later generations.

سَلامٌ عَلىٰ إِبراهيمَ

Peace be upon Abraham.

إِنَّهُ مِن عِبادِنَا المُؤمِنينَ

He was one of Our faithful servants.

وَبَشَّرناهُ بِإِسحاقَ نَبِيًّا مِنَ الصّالِحينَ

And We gave him the good news of Isaac, a prophet, one of the righteous.

وَبارَكنا عَلَيهِ وَعَلىٰ إِسحاقَ ۚ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِما مُحسِنٌ وَظالِمٌ لِنَفسِهِ مُبينٌ

We blessed him and Isaac. However, some are righteous among their descendants, while some clearly wrong themselves.

وَلَقَد مَنَنّا عَلىٰ موسىٰ وَهارونَ

We also favored Moses and Aaron.

وَنَجَّيناهُما وَقَومَهُما مِنَ الكَربِ العَظيمِ

We saved them and their people from the great calamity.
