وَانشَقَّتِ السَّماءُ فَهِيَ يَومَئِذٍ واهِيَةٌ
And the sky will split apart; on that Day, it will be unstable.
وَالمَلَكُ عَلىٰ أَرجائِها ۚ وَيَحمِلُ عَرشَ رَبِّكَ فَوقَهُم يَومَئِذٍ ثَمانِيَةٌ
And the angels will be on its sides, and that Day eight will bear the Throne of your Lord above them.
يَومَئِذٍ تُعرَضونَ لا تَخفىٰ مِنكُم خافِيَةٌ
On that Day, you will be exposed, not a single secret of yours will be hidden.
فَأَمّا مَن أوتِيَ كِتابَهُ بِيَمينِهِ فَيَقولُ هاؤُمُ اقرَءوا كِتابِيَه
As for he who is given his record in his right hand, he will say, “Here, take my record and read it.
إِنّي ظَنَنتُ أَنّي مُلاقٍ حِسابِيَه
I knew that I would meet my account.”
في جَنَّةٍ عالِيَةٍ
In a high Garden.
قُطوفُها دانِيَةٌ
Its fruit hanging within reach.
كُلوا وَاشرَبوا هَنيئًا بِما أَسلَفتُم فِي الأَيّامِ الخالِيَةِ
“Eat and drink cheerfully for what you did in the days gone by.”
وَأَمّا مَن أوتِيَ كِتابَهُ بِشِمالِهِ فَيَقولُ يا لَيتَني لَم أوتَ كِتابِيَه
But as for him who is given his record in his left hand, he will say, “I wish I had not been given my record.
وَلَم أَدرِ ما حِسابِيَه
And was not aware of my account.
